We can prepare either a priced terminal or un-priced interim schedule of dilapidations on behalf of Landlords and can negotiate for either the Tenant or Landlord in respect of these matters.
We can prepare a Schedule of Condition prior to you taking occupation of your leasehold property to limit your landlords dilapidation claim at the end of your lease term. The schedule of condition is signed by both the Landlord and Tenant and will be appended to, and referred to, in your lease by your solicitor.
This will ultimately save you money as you will only be obliged to repair and redecorate the property to its condition at the beginning of the lease term as recorded in the Schedule of Condition.
